I agree, a leader should know how to value their people because people is the best asset of a business. A leader should know how to humble himself and develop people skills.

I love this thought: “The pull of connecting to others and their interests is far more powerful than the push of control.” No one responds to “command and control” in the same way as persuasive management, encouraging others to share the vision. A great reminder.
